The collar for
walking your dog.
This is the collar I like to use when I'm walking my dogs. When the dog pulls on the lead the collar will tighten up, but only so far unlike a choke chain.
Rat Terriers have small heads and to get a collar that they can not slip out of is too tight to wear all the time. I leave their regular collars on all the time and slip this one over their heads when I put them on a lead.
This collar is too loose when the dog is not pulling to wear all the time. It would catch on too many things and hurt them.
